Welcome to Tumulty’s Pub, New Brunswick’s Original Restaurant – a family-run favorite for more than 45 years.

Tumulty’s is known for providing the best value in Casual American food and drink.  Our 10 Ounce Pub Burgers and Black Angus Burgers are consistently ranked among New Jersey’s Best Burgers.  Our Prime Rib and New York Strip Steaks compare with entrees costing much more at other restaurants.  Fresh seafood specials and vegetarian entrees provide great choices for non-meat eaters.

Our antique electric trains entertain children of all ages as they circle our timbered cathedral ceiling.  More trains are displayed around our dining room.

We honor our Irish ancestry by pouring “Perfect Pints” of Guinness, as recognized by the brewmaster at St. James Gate in Dublin. Try our own Tumulty’s India Pale Ale or any of our other world-class drafts.  Our beverage menu features wines that are superior in their class without pretension and high prices.

Our downstairs room is great for private parties and meetings.  We welcome Rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, holiday celebrations, cocktail parties, business meetings and seminars.  Packages for dinners, buffets, hors-d’oervres and open bars are very reasonably priced. 

Tumulty’s downstairs also is an intimate and casual venue for live music and other events.  Please call for booking information.
